Cleanse and dry your skin, keeping it free of any skincare.
Peel away the outer plastic layer to reveal the adhesive side of the Silicone Patch.
Ideally wear it overnight while you sleep for best results, or for 1-2 hours for a quick boost.
Peel off the Silicone Patch, rinse with water, leave sticky side up to dry and then stick back onto the Storage Sheet until you're ready to patch again. Each patch can be reused 15-20 times.
